Who will clean my home?
Your home will usually be cleaned by our fully trained, professional home cleaning services team. While in your home, our team are not permitted to eat or smoke or use any of your appliances. Our professional home cleaning services training and working practices are designed to ensure that we comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?
No. You just relax, we will supply everything.
How do I pay?
CG Living only accept BACs payment for services carried out or you can alternatively set up a direct debit if you are a weekly client for ease. Details to do this will be on your invoice which will be emailed to you the following working day after your clean has been carried out.
What if I do not want my cleaning done while away on holiday?
Please be sure to cancel any bookings with more than 24 hours notice as per our cancellation policy.
Can I meet my cleaner first?
Yes. Should you wish to meet your cleaners prior to your first clean, we will arrange for you to be introduced so you know who will be on your premises during your clean.
What if my cleaner can not make it, or is sick?
We will always do our best to try ensure that your scheduled clean goes ahead even if your regular cleaner is on leave or sick.
Can I terminate my services at anytime?
Of course, we simply require one months notice that you wish to cancel your services in writing. You can send this to us via email, post or our Facebook messenger. We ask that any outstanding balances on your account are settled. Any cancellations made within the month notice will still be chargeable.
